This is a great book. It immediately became a favorite in our home. Lucy Cousins uses her bold and colorful illustrations to show exactly what her words are describing. I love the unexpected fish such as the Sky fish, Twisty Twirly fish and many more. You can get lost in the pictures with your child. You can count, look at colors, find favorites. My two year old especially enjoys the ending when Little Fish finds his mom, the one he loves the best. This is a new classic for your book shelves. I would recommend this book for babies through preschool.
