This is a board book that is made for little hands.  There are bright drawings of common farm animals with colorful backgrounds.  The simple text that runs throughout is trying to find out what animal says, “Boo”.  As the books goes on children are asked if a cow or a dog or a cat say “boo”. Children can then fill in the blank as to the sound animals make. 

This is a current favorite in my house. My 2 ½ year old loves this book and finds humor in asking if certain animals say “boo”. It is a book in which he fully interacts.  I would buy this for a new parent as it is a book not many have heard of currently.  I think it is a great addition to your toddler’s bookshelf.
